* no black out dates

* schedule confirmation: D-14
* once voucher is purchased, exchanging to different(others) hotel/cancel to refund isn’t allowed

- Send us your voucher
- Inform us your preferred dates
- Confirmation for the room availability max. 3x24hours - working hours
- Booking room confirmation is max. 5x24hours - working days – prior to your check in date Please bear in mind, once you have the print hotel voucher, there won't be able to refund at all.
